Default pro comp deal

i know there is always alot of talk about tires and siezes and what will fit and what wont but i was wondering if this is a deal i shouldent pass up?
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...69273&rd=1
(sorry i dont know how to shrink addresses)

i am at my wear bars in the front and pretty close in the back but i was going to get what i can out of the stockers before i go in with new tires but this seems CHEAP to me and if i buy them now i will be locked in at the price. i got a price for $961 with mounting and balancing at a local shop so im thinking i can still save money with buying my own tires and bringing them to a shop to mount and balance. what do y'all think?

AND im sorry about this next question because its been asked alot and i even kinda know the answer but will a 33x12.5x17 fit a stock rim without rubbing? i just want to make sure b4 i do anything...

You just want to buy them in hopes Riley Sweet comes with them

Any idea what 33" is compared to 285/70's are? Cause I have 285's and they are no where near rubbing.THe only thing I would worry about is how much the front end drops with the plow on. That may effect it

The 33x12.50R17 should(will) fit the stock rim without rubbing.

I am running Interco TrXus MT 33x12.50R17 with an actual diameter of 33.2inches and i have zero rubbing even at full lock.

Chewy, the equivialnt to a 33" tire would be 293/70R17, assuming you want to keep the same 70 sidewall ratio.

That is the same tire I just got ( AT's ), only I went with 285/70/17's. They look really nice, and that is the same place that I got them from. Someone mentioned the buy three get one thing, well, that didn't happen this year. Usually they do it in March. Instead they gave you back 75 bucks if you bought 4 tires. That's the best they could do.

Yes, 33x12.50 works on the stock rims (except if you have the steelies!). I have the 305/65 which is listed as equivelant to 33x12.50 on stockers with no suspension mods.

Plenty of room.

Hm, my attempt to post the pictures in didn't seem to work.... they're in my gallery!

i plan to upgrade my whole suspension in the next few months because of the plow situation. not only would i have to get better coils in front for a bigger tire to fit once the plow goes on but for the plows weight in general. everyone i have talked to says how weak the dodges front end is and the way i see it is the diesel has the same suspension as the gas so its already bad enough, then adding the weight of a plow[:-] FORGET IT

mayfair: how do you like those tires, and what did you pay for them and how much to get them mounted and balanced? (sorry to pick your brain!)

33's is what im going to do..... and ill most likely go with these tires on ebay once i figure out how much a shop will charge to mount and balance them.
