1000HP is only a matter of twins. Other than that.... you tell me what more should be done. There's only so much to do to a vehicle before you start to bugger it up.

Sure, there's always something to do but, there's no need in replacing, what you've replaced already.... less it's broke :-)

I am an old school drag racer, where lighter weight is better. But I know your not out for stripping the truck down to get a good time. BUT, there is ALWAYS something to do in order to get a better ET. What about a gear change, torque converter, upgraded transmission, smaller diameter tires, nitrous, methanol, etc.

Again, I dont know what all you have done, you could have everything I mentioned. I am just offering ideas as to what I deal with, and know can be done to the Ram.

I can see the motor and trans was well taken care of, and 8900lbs is fairly light considering the brand lift you got. Kore I believe? I also gathered from your post that you seem quite content with where the truck is right now, which I think is GREAT!

But, you had stated earlier that there is not much else you can do. I think its been determined that there is a TON of stuff you can do, just a matter on if YOU want to do it.

Drugs may be cheating, but they get results.

 

LOL... light !? it's likely the heaviest truck racing in sanctioned races! I'm comfortable with it because I can't run it any faster than I already am, rules don't allow it. My goal was to be in the high 11's on 37's and it's just about to do it. this on a single and #2. How many can say that with the same attributes? Anyone can do it with drugs and that's how most are doing it... where's the fun or challenge in that ? Hell, I could have used it thousands of dollars ago if i was just looking to make big numbers but, those numbers don't mean a thing if the engine doesn't hold together. The money would be spent eventually.

nothing more to do was a figured of speech obviously. IMO, there isn't... at the moment. The other thing.... money doesn't grow on trees :-)
