Yes, the right tire contacts the upper control arm about 1/4-1/2 inch at full lock. It may not be alot, but it sounds bad when I am trying to pull into a parking space. It feels like it is grabbing alot, and the truck jumps around. Alot of people have 315/70R17. Mine are actual 35x12.50R17, standard size, not metric. I dont understand why tire companies made the switch. It is complicated to read.

You may be able to fix your rub by using an adjustable track bar. With the track bar you can recenter your axle under the truck and maybe (just maybe) adjust it so neither side rubs at all.
