thanks guys... we will be checking the pounds/spca's today. The 1st thing I did when I started looking for him was to jump on the bike. not knowing how bad he could be I went on one of our walk routes and looked between these bushes & a dividing wall that he likes to run. the thought there was he may have went back there to lick his wounds but no luck.

Good luck in your search. I know its hard. I had to put down a 3 year old horse this year. Took a while to get over it!! BUT dogs are prone to hide out even for a few days and show back up after licking their wounds. I bet since it was a slow impact he will be back when he gets good and hungry!!

Look who we found...

started yesterday searching at the main vet in town and someone dropped him off yesterday morning. he got checked out and shipped off back to the SPCA (aka doggie jail) where we 1st got him. he checked out ok at the vet, tore 2 toe nails and is on the stiff side but he's getting better. The girls (again down from WA visiting) will be gone all day so I brought him to work with me...
