steve really glad to know you found him... did they do any xrays to see how his organs are?
a good simple way to check for internal bleeding is by pressing your thumb on his gum line for about 3 or 4 seconds, this squeezes out the blood from the capilaries, and then when you remove your thumb itll be white, it should only take 1-2 seconds to return to the normal color, 3 seconds is borderline and 4 or more means poor blood flow generally from a lack of useable blood...

he is chipped, they did not find it the 1st time they scanned him. while he was at the spca they found it when doing their scan...

on a side note... damn he is such a good dog... so quiet here at work, hardly anyone know's he's here...
