Default What manifold bolts and gaskets????

Just got the engine built to support 100 lbs. of boost. It seems the stock mani bolts couldn't hold the gaskets between the head and the exhaust manifold.

ve the ARP studs in the heads. I don't think those are the same, or are they?
By the way I bought this truck from a dealership in Bremen, in 02. It was a used(48k miles) Blue Sport model. I had the dealership trade the nice truck box for an old white shell. I had it painted to match later that month. Several of the salesman remembered the truck.

I believe the ARP 12mm studs are what you need, if you already have them you should be OK. If you bought the truck at a Dodge dealer in Bremen, that is me.

What would be the trq on those bolts? What is the odd bolt size. 11 of the bolts are 12mm, what is size of the one that has a brace on it with the nut?
Thanks,
Solomon

Man, for some reason I thought you were talking about head bolts. The program I use at home does not list the sizes of the exhaust manifold bolts. Install the bolts and spacers and tighten the bolts in the sequence shown in the pic to 43 N·m (32 ft. lbs.) torque.

I do remember that truck, and I remember the camper top, but it was white when I last saw it....

Thank you for the diagram. Should these be trqd more than 32 lbs? It is blowing over 35lbs of boost with a Super 40 (4" turbo) I had a lot of cool things done to it. It is a beast now.
