yes that is correct it is an HD but with a Hemi it was order that way. I used to be a Dodge mechanic what i was thinking the the wiring from cab should be the same Hemi or Cummins 5.9 it is the engine wiring harness is different and get a new pcm, wiring harness, fuel pump, inner cooler it should go in and cluster. Thanks for your info

thats how mine went in, everything works except the wait to start light, but i dont have grid heaters anyway... you will need a trans, and if you are 4x4, will probably need a t-case also

This ins't going to happen for a while no money like every thing else but if i would do it i would sell the Hemi try to get some of the money back also does any one know on a 46rfe if the bell housing the same for the Hemi to the 5.9 Cummins also here is my truck below thanks

the only trans that will bolt up to a cummins is one that came from a cummins or a v-10

46 is an RE or RH, not RFE.

The bellhousing will not bolt up. The Hemi has a 545RFE, not a 46RE.

Between loss of resale value and cost and hassle of doing the swap, it's almost always cheaper to just sell your truck and buy the truck you really want.

Unless you get the Motor and transmission REALLY cheap..
