FASS and Airdog have some convoluted history, I think they're both owned by the same family, but there may have been some bad blood here and there. Either one will be fine, there may be some minor differences between the two but they perform similarly. Go for the filter setup, it filters much more out than the stock setup, but there's no water in fuel warning light as with the stock setup, you just have to remember to check it periodically.

Horatio is correct about starved injector pumps due to the crappy stock lift pump, once the injector pump begins to slobber and cavitates ; things go south fast.
The new lift pumps are designed to supply various volumes of fuel to the injector pump depending on how bombed you want get. There is a pump for many choices.
A factory rebuild Bosch injector pump is updated with a improved computer to improve performance.

so i guess it all depends on how much i wanted to spend because one make is more expensive then the other and it wont b a all out set up the truck is my daily driver with some towing so it would just be something to make my truck more reliable as will the other things i want to do to the truck in the future
