I would kill for my 07 to sound like that. The exhaust might be in the budget but the twin wind mills will have to wait for the son to graduate college

i put about $1600 in the new turbos, and about $100 in miss parts, and built everything else from scratch i had laying around, but you dont nessasarly need the small turbo, and a new s400 will run somewhere in the $600 range, and depending on your abilities and avaliable parts, it can be done really cheap...

the biggest thing for the wistle is the 6" intake and giant cone filter, but the s400 is quite a bit louder than a smaller single

a lot louder! afe stg.2 has been my favorite, as well as removing the turbo silencer, that 07 also has a "muffler" for lack of better words, inside the intake pipe, that really quite them down

exhaust manifolds are all about the same, and really dont gain anything over stock, but the aftermarket ones look a lot better and are a lot less prone to cracking, i am actually running an HTT manifold that i custom ported and seemend to gain a bit but i did a lot of other things in the process, so its really hard to tell, my air intake is just an afe filter and the rest is home brew, for an intake manifold... dont waist the money the 2nd gen non egr manifolds are the best you can get IMO

here is a pic of the manifold/turbo porting, and wastegate mods,
