06 quad cab short bed
12" lift
40" toyo open country
22" wheels
stock gears as far as i know
south bend DD clutch
6" MBRP full exhaust
AFE intake
Power Max for cummins common rail
havent taken it on a road trip yet so ill have to wait till spring for my first trip to the dunes for highway MPG but the Overhead reads out around 13.8-14.2 (i wish) hand calc. is roughly 11.5 mpg all city, i mean alot of stop and go.
thats also with power max set to lowest setting. kinda weird it has 9 settings and they claim a gain of 600 ft lbs of torque at the highest setting, start turning it up and it starts dumpimg fuel and black soot and the overhead just skyrockets and doesnt stop going up lol.

James here
I have a 03 CTD
1: K&N intake before the turbo
2:CFM intake after the turbo
3:NV5600
4: not sure of the rear gear it's a dually
5: stock tires and wheels
6:4 inch exhaust with muffler dumps out before the rear axle
7: PAC brake exhaust brake
otherwise stock. I get 18 city and 20-21 highway depending on how I drive it.
I use Stanadyne year round and howes anti gel in the winter with the occasional Marvel Mystery oil added in just because. I can cruise at 65 MPH at 1800 RPM I get the best mileage at this RPM. I'm at 2000 RPM at 70 MPH.

15.6mpg average. about 60/40 driving 60 being hwy.
truck is a 2000 quad cab short bed SLT Sport. 24v vp44 with pretty much all factory options for the year.
1) far from stock (bigger tires, leveling kit, compound twins, competition injectors, electronic power adders, high volume fuel system, HD push rods and valve springs, dual disc clutch, etc.)
2) Supertech tcw3 2-cycle oil 128:1 mix ratio
3) NV5600
4) 4.10
5) 4x4

I am currently running tow mode only 99 CTD, since my truck has not seen the interstate in about 6 weeks and the best on these country roads is 50 mph. I expect my mileage on the next fill up to come in around 14 mpg's on this 99 CTD. K.
