Diesel Rollcall...
Bought last week a 2006 RAM 2500 4X4 CTD, with CAI (S&B), 4" AFE pipe, 20" Moto Metal Wheels with TOYO A/T, 3" lift, Viper alarm with remote starter, chrome nerf bars, hard Leer Tonneau cover with remote lock and carpeted liner for the bed.
Loving it, got rid of my 2004 Ram1500 QC, 4.7L V8 engine to get into a real truck. Cummins Powered!!!!

Sounds like you're not a newbie to the truck or theforums....
Bought my first diesel 3 weeks ago. 2004 CTD, Quad cab, short box, 4x4. Got 20.8 on first tank bringing it home. Since then 18 & 19 mpg. Tried Drews Brew but no difference. Has Westin double step nerf bars and a slid in bed liner. Soon as GMC sells that junk is coming of and out. Silencer ring coming off tomorrow. N-fab triple step bars and Rhino liner going in after that. Then Aero Turbine muffle with MBRP stacks and a cold air intakekit---can't decide whichCAI yet.Then 315/70 x 17 BF Goodrich radial TA/KO going on stock 8 inch rims.Getting ready to retire from militaryand move back to East Texas. Love hunting and fishing with two teenage sons. Don't have a camera so can't post pictures. Other than what I've already listed the only other thing I'd like to do is add some gages and maybe a Mag-Tech auto-tranny pan?It gets hot down in East Texas in the summer and I'd like to keep an eye on the temps. Need to leave the pillar handle tho as I'm partially disabled and need it to help me in and out. Thanks to all for the great advice received so far. Carl
