What's new with me you ask, I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to make an overhead console to mount my cb in. I still want to keep the over head comp and lights, but I can loose the sun glass holder and the garage door open. I also got some cattle horns I'm thinking of mounting on the headache rack. I don't know if it will look good or not. They looked awesome on my old chevy.

I was thinking of using fiberglass, I have some laying around from a boat project. Should be able to sand it down smooth and paint. Only problem is getting it shaped.

you could do a rough mold 1st...

there is also this stuff (cant remember the name) that is a plyable plastic. put it in hot water so it softens then you can mold it how you need to. I thought I saved the link but cant find it at the moment... the guy here @ work who told me about it is out today. once he gets back I'll ask him for the name again.

that sounds like it would work even better. I remeber something on trick my truck about molding fabric they used it to house some speakers or something.
