RE: hug your pup
This is Moose. He is definitely my best friend.
He rode home from Stray Rescue in St. Louis on my sholder and the top of the back seat. (Toyota Tundra) He is now around 90+ Lbs. He gets more than his fair share of hugs.
Pictures are not embedding in the post. They uploaded successfully, so I don't know what to tell you.
Later,
Steve

RE: hug your pup
Sorry for your loss, It is always hard to loose a pet.
This I Luke I adopted him from the local shelter when he was 3 months. To date he has eaten 5 remotes, 3 dvds, 4 books and part of my wall. He did all this in the first few months I had him. He has chilled out a ton. I love this dog he is like my little buddy he goes everywhere with me.

ORIGINAL: tritonHey Rich... I think our dogs were at the same party ! [sm=alcoholic.gif]
Basically he's a big Heinz 57 mongrel and, without a doubt, the best dog I've ever owned.

I just wanted to add my sympathy also. It's amazinghow tough it can be to lose a pet. Some folks just say, "It's only a dog," Yeah well, to those I say, you live with one for 10+ years and we will see how you feel when they are gone. It's definitly like losing a family member.
bigmike, you have a great taste in dogs. Here are some pics of our 2 year old rott

She is with me as I type this.In fact, I just got done playing her favorite game, "I took something out of the garbage so chase me around the desk," little ****.....
You gotta love their personalities. Well, I will stop rambaling, I could go on for quite a while.
bigmike - my best regards

Steve-
She / we love the kennel. In the pic, I was working in the garage and she jumped up in to the Durango to just hang out. It does break down very easily. There are 4 bars that clip over the outer frame. 30 seconds its up, or else it's folded flat like a pancake. Makes it great for traveling.

RE: hug your pup
Sorry to hear that man. I 2 boxers and the youngest one, major payne, will jump into the truck when I get home if he is outside when I arrive. My older one, tucker, will just put his paws up and look at you and wait for you to come and lift him up the rest of the way. One time major was in the truck and we were at sonic, a man walked by and he let out a big knarly bark. The guy probably had to go change his clothes after that. My dogs are way to spoiled to have to ride in back. That get to ride on the back seats when they go for a ride. Except major who thinks that he should be in the front so he climbs up and puts his paws on the center counsole and just howls. That howling is the only reason he is still with us. He tore up thousands worth of furniture. [:@]
