Upstate, NY here. Gonna hit zero or a little less in the area tonight. My block heater will do about 15 or so hours tonight and tomorrow. AND.......Since my mom owns an Italian restaurant,.... I use a pizza box, and drop it right down in front of the radiator. I can pop it out on the side of the road ifambient temps rise. I even have a model that I can hang so the tranny gets flow. It's half the size, but cut horizontally.

And laugh all you want Mayfair......... call it guinea logic, WOP fabrication, Pisan engineering......what ever you want.....lol.


Fact is, it works, it works well, it's extremely cheap, and luckily, all MY pizza boxes come with a complimentary meatball & onionpizza in them.......................................LOL.

It's going to get cold here tonight, but I don't know if it's gonna get THAT cold.

I'm diggin the pizza box idea. I mentioned cardboard before to some of those guy's looking to buy some sort of bra, but it was dismissed because if it gets wet, it's done.

Italian restaurant eh ... might be time for a raod trip !!

 

It will get to like 30 here tonight. LOL. It was fairly cold 2 weeks ago, 20's for highs, but that has passed.

 

cold? I dont think it will hit even close to 30 for a low... we are mid to upper 30's...

 

 

I really like good pizza....I'm not to sure about using a used pizza box... Doesn't that smell make you kinda hungry?

 

Going to get down in the single digits here tonight in Nebraska and Highs in the low teens for the next Week or so.

 

MEH, only gunna be in the mid 20's here. . .thats still one cycle of the heater, or I could do half a cycle if I wanted to do a smoke show[8D]

 

Must be nice for lows only in the 20's. They tell us to enjoy today’s warm mid 30’s, as we will be in the single digitsor lower Saturday night and continue the same single digits for highs of 3-7 for several days.

 

I'll be up that way next weekend, gott be in Iowa from the 3rd to the 17th[:'(]
