An the way back i tryed it at speed and the same thing , when i gave it gas it frooze than went , what is happening ?? any ideas?
When it feels like it won't go, try putting the shifter down to manual 1st. If it goes then you either have one of two things going on, the valve body is bad or the governor pressure solenoid is faulty. The solenoid is cheaper than the valve body
Thanks for input , went out this morning it was fine ,once it got warm it started again?
This sucks as i need to work tommorow, and also going out now will see what happens .I will call local tranny place , the dealrship told me Fri.
So no choice an the local shop.
I had that problem a while back in the winter season,it turned out to be that the diesel fuel was starting to freeze up,I just started adding anti gell to thefuel and the problem went away.So if you live in a cold state you might want to try that before spending your money on other fixes.
Good luck Mike
