Unhappy 1993 B250 stalls more then it starts

just bought a 93 b250 mark 3 conversion. It has a 3.9 v6 and 150,000 miles. Stalled a couple of times when I stoped, but started back up with now problems. Stalled again had to get towed. thought it could be fuel pump, gague wasn't working, so changed fuel pump and ran fine for 5miles, towed again. Then changed fuel filter and plugs, but now she don't start at all. Don't realy know squat about dodge vans. Where shoould I start to look. I'm getting fuel to fuel rails, but I don't seem to be getting spark.

Im in the same boat Ive been systematiclly changing parts on mine trying to figure it out.
At first i thought it was just out of gas and running on fumes cause the gas gauge says half but thats NOT the case. I did ADS relay,I changed the black part under the cap and rotor with the wires ,my batt is good, I have fuel, when it died I sprayed starters fluid in the tb while trying to start it ...nothing..so now im to the Coil and if thats dosen't work im going to try the sensor on the tranny.

The engine won't start or the starter won't turn?

Oh, I asked because the neutral safety switch will only keep the starter from turning, it doesn't disable the ignition. So if the starter turns there's nothing wrong with the NSS.
