Default 92 Ram van brake nightmare

I have a 92 Dodge ram 250 van/318 motor and 3/4 ton rating... the right front brake is locking up. I've replaced the rotor, pads, caliper and brake line. Still locking up and no trouble with the other three wheels?????????
Help me if you can.
Fred

Welcome to DF
Did you replace both front brake lines? And did the flow look when you were bleeding the system?

Only replaced the rt front line...flow was good at bleed stage. Clear and no discoloration

You did bleed the entire brake system, and not just the caliper which is locking, right?

The only other thing I can think of is the proportioning Valve, but that should not just affect one wheel, but either the front or back, and usually the brake warning light illuminates.

What about the flexible brake hose at the wheel, did you also replace that?

When the rubber on the inside of these hoses start to crack, the pieces can act like a flap and create a one-way valve. The result of this is when you apply the brakes, the pressure goes in, but when you take you foot off the brake, the pressure does not release at that wheel.

That is exactly what is happening...it takes a while but after about a mile in traffic the wheel is ready to lock up and gets hotter than a pistol.
I only bled the side that was involved in the replacement parts(rt front) and the brake hose was replaced. Along with the caliper.
Now the old caliper is back on besause I did not like the look of the new one...the rubber gromet that seals the piston has a buldge in one area and sticks out. probably won't be worth much as far as sealing the unit from outside elements.

Is the problem still there with the old caliper back on?

The problem still persisted with the old caliper back on.

Today I replaced the master cylinder and lost all breaking power. Light for braking system and for ABS system are now on and there is literally no braking power to the system.
Getting worse rather than better.

1. Did you bench bleed the MC or did you try to do it on the van?

2. Did you bleed the entire system after changing the MC?
