Default 1994 RAM B250 stalls when coming to stop,

also stalls when driving at higher speeds, when foot released from pedal,
hard to start after, starts after 5-10 min sometimes an hour, loss of power , sounds like flooding, no acceleration after started, gas pedal reacts badly, rpms sometimes goes higher without stepping on gas pedal, on starts, relay clicks with no engine turn, at times runs smooth. Sometimes shifting to third gear not smooth.
Changed spark plugs, wires, rotor, crank sensor, fuel filter, air filter, cleaned IAC, no change.

Please help me to solve this problem.
Thank you

Start by cleaning the IAC valve.

If cleaning it doesn't solve the problem, you might have to replace it.

Default Thank you for quick reply

i cleaned the IAC valve but its not that sparky as on the picture from the link, today it stalled at 50 mph when i released the foot of the gas pedal and i never started again, i found that i dont have a fuel at the fuel rail; it happend before but we took the pump out and it was pumping, now it looks it doesnt pump,, is there anything that could prevent the pump from pumping? We changed the crank sensor too. It starts on starting fluid.
We measured the relays and they return good.
Thanks again
Could a bad ignition switch be the cause, i have new one so i will replace it but i cant find the T9 torx key anywhere arround.

Are you saying that you're getting +12 volts at the fuel pump relay output and the pump isn't pumping any fuel?

By measuring relays i meant i checked for resistance and continuity, sorry i am not a mechanic so i may not use proper language, we hooked the pump to separate battery and it was pumping fine, i will check for 12V at relay and post results.
Thank you alloro for the help, i am already clueless and cant afford to put it in shop.
Could a bad ignition switch cause troubles like this?

question:

if you crank it up and sit there in park and rev it, does it knock off or stutter?

Ignition switch possible. But check the relay socket first. Should have power at all times on relay pin 30 which when closed jumps the power to pin 87. Now pin 86 should have power when the key is turned to the run position. And pin 85 is ground that is controlled by the PCM.

Yes but I'd still lean more towards the relay as the problem. (With apologies to Mobile Auto Repair)

Default Thank you guys

measured relays, got 10V at pin 30, battery was 10V so i am charging it right now, i think i will get 12V after charge on relay, the one more weird thing i noticed is, in Park position, it wont start, neither click, nothing, i have to put it in Neutral in order to crank, i guess more things may be bad on this van, apologize for maybe not describing things right, and thank you for help.
