Regardless of the brand of spark plug installed, the misfire on #3 has been consistent. If the plug brand or gap was the issue, there would be misfires on other cylinders as well.

At this point there's an issue with either the head, a weak valve spring, or a bad connection in the wire(s) feeding the injector. Where the #3 injector wire connects to the PCM would be my starting point.
