Default Turn signals and hazard lights not working

Two questions: Anyone have a diagram of what fuse goes where on a 92 B350 Dodge Van...no owners manual and the hazard and turn signals not working. This all started with the Clock Spring (do not know why it is called that) going bad and I removed it to replace since it caused the steering wheel to hangup. I removed it and put back the steering wheel and covers and then no hazard or turn signals. I replaced the Clock Spring and figured it had something to do with those lights...nothing. The horn now works which I can understand but looking at the components I see nothing having to do with the turn signals and hazard lights and this clock spring that sits around the steering column except it mechanically trips the turn signal off.
Any ideas what could be wrong? Anyone know where the fuse is for the turn signals? Help

Not sure which fuse but check the fuses under the glove box lid, all fuses for your year are in there. Any other items not working? If so then also check the fuse links behind the brake booster under the hood.

Default found the problem...simple

The flasher relay/clicker was bad and when I moved it to the hazard plug it work and now it worked back in the turn signal spot....just weird...as I thought there is nothing with the clock spring that has anything to do with the turn signals. Guess I need to go buy a couple of flasher clickers or whatever they are called. Had a crazy time finding the location of the that block...was hidden on the right side looking from the passenger seat behind the glove box....look way down on the right and it will be there.

Thanks guys and gals

Your horn relay will also be in that location. And if you have RWAL (Rear Wheel Anti-Lock brakes) the control module will also be in there.

sounds like you had a problem with diodes in the relay unit, the left and right turn use them to isolate one turn signal, reverse polarity is how it works. On the hazard they are bypassed

if all fuses and relays are good, wiring and lights are good, and it still does not work then you'll need to replace the power distribution module. It's expensive, but Dodge should have a recall on this because the module is not protected from moisture...the new ones are.

Default 92 dodge B350 Ram Camper Van. Turn signals not working but 4 way flashers do

The turn signals work if I do them manually, but the four ways work as they should as do the intermittent wipers. I bought a new switch and it does the same thing as the old one did did. Does anyone know if this 92 Dodge has two flasher relays? One for the four ways and one for the turn signals? I wouldn't think it would but I can't figure it out. It does have tilt steering but I can't see as of where anywhere has been pinched, and the turn signals will work as they should once in a while but then stop working again and I have to do a manually. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, likely two flashers, both should be in the fuse box in the cab.
