It is the PCM,tap it with a small hammer,should hear the fuel pump and relay kick in.If not,to late.If you have a no bus on the odometer,it is the PCM.I can get mine to start by tapping on the PCM,but willdie after a few.Dodge is having a mojor issue with PCM,7+ weeks or longer to get one,backorder,major.Will cost $700.00+ to replace it,good luck,Mine is sitting in the garage,cant afford $700.00 at this time,doge would not replace it,they cried it is out of warranty.I said this should last longer that 10 years,and 40,000 miles,should be a fricin recall.good luck

 

If you have a no bus message, then you may have the PCM taking the bus circuit down, causing a no start condition.
