Well I guess I have the 46re and as far as I was told he said he replaced the governed sensor when the didn't work he took it to a local shop to have the PCM flashed and he said it wouldn't take idk much about PCMs I have never had any trouble with one. So even if I sent it to sia would I still have to have it flashed to my van

I have the PDF files for these codes. If you need them, just ask and I'll send them. All I need is your email address to send them too.

If you had gone to the SIA website or called them, you would have found out they require your Vin Number and Mileage just in case it is necessary to flash your eprom chip in your PCM. Usually the local shop cannot flash a PCM. It is usually flashed at a Dealer or re-builder like SIA.

Since you keep saying governed sensor I am not clear on what he actually replaced. There is a solenoid pack in the trans which is what the codes you posted were flagging.

Hey I found a PCM on Craigslist my question is can I just plug it in? Or does the donar van have to have every option mine has in order for it to work?

Tony is the part number the same as the one on yours?

Is it from the same model and year as yours?

Normally when a PCM is re-flashed the dealer or rebuilder requires your Vin number as I mentioned before and also your mileage.

Tony
Are you still getting the same codes? And if you don't know what transmission you have, Send me a pm with the last 9 of your vin. I have access to look up vin numbers and recalls.
