There have been a few here that have chopped or lowered the van by 4 inches or more. The rear is easy, the front requires some special skills and special tools that a collision shop or mod shop must have.

some other shocks for the rear, flip kit for axle or cutting/ removing the leaf springs should do it.
as for the front you would need to try and match the compression/rebound strength of the strut to your lowering springs. too bad there is no drop spindle kits for our vans
I too want to lower my van but I'll see what I come across. If nothing turns up I may just speak to a suspension company about setting up some customs stuff.

Seems there are no ready-made lowering kits at this time.
My investigation indicates that we can probably use BellTech 91-96 Dakota drop spindles to get 2" and then add lowering springs (or cut yours) and get another 2". Some grinding will be required. Lowering the rear is pretty straightforward as flipping the axle should get you 5" easy. However none of this is for amateurs as there will be additional issues.
I contacted a specialist and will update when I have more info. In the meantime, check out forums dedicated to lowering vans.

Beltech 2" spindle
it will work with some modification, it was design for the Dakota, so make sure you have the calipers for that vehicle, the holes for the van is wider that the one for the Dakota , also you have to use the ball joints they send.you for the lower control arm since it's bore is different on the spindle, this is not an armature install, so make sure you have some kind of technical/mechanical experience before you tackle this job....as for the rear I did a flip kit and weld it onto the rear end, didn't remove any leaf springs, and roll the fenders, it rides real smooth for a drop van, no bounce at all, also remove the stock bump stops.
