Default Instrument cluster going crazy

I have a 1999 Dodge Ram Van and the following is happening to my instrument cluster.
the brake warning light is on
the check engine light is on
the abs light is on
the speedometer reads nothing until I go faster than about 35mph
the odometer does not advance unless the speedometer is indicating speed.
The truck is running perfectly and the brakes are functioning properly as well.

What might be the cause of all this?
Thank you

I dunno, but I had the same thing happen last week (2000 B3500 van). It eventually cleared up, and I assume it is a loose connection somewhere.

Did you check for any blown fuses?

Fuses were all ok. My 2000 van is a high-top built for transporting passengers, and has the schoolbus-door type opening mechanism for loading. Taking the dash panel off to reseat all the connections does not look like it will be easy with the door opening linkage in the way, but since it is working ok now, I'll just think about it for a while longer. LOL

No, I have not yet. The thought that the warning lights on and an intermittent speedometer could be a blown fuse has not occurred to me. I'll check it out!

If your dash lights and gauges are going crazy then more than likely the problem is in the PCM.

What is the PCM? I ssume it's a computer module. Is it expensive and is it difficult to replace?
I have gotten used to the lights being on but I really would like to have my trip meter working again.

It's under the hood, center above the engine, with 3 large connectors going into it.

Do a google for SIA electronics in Tilden IL. They will test your PCM and repair it if they can. They have a toll free number and do good work.

I need my van for work and I wouldn't be able to take the module out to have it tested and repaired. Unless the van would run without the module installed.
