I searched all over for a windshield fluid pump for my 2003 B1500. The one that fit actually says it's for an '02 AWD Caravan: TAAP part #8-453. Anyone else have this issue?

 

Rock Auto has a selection. Any of these guys look right? Dodge likely used the same pump on a bunch of different vehicles.

 

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'm NOT someone who can fix my vehicle in most situations but I knew a washer fluid pump was easy and quick, that is until I tried to find the part. Everything listed w/all the major parts stores indicated similar to what you've provided. Those first three, Trico, Anco, ACDelco don't fit. It's the electrical connection. That ACI doesn't quite look right either. I think some of the came with an adapter harness?

I don't think "logic", or "reason" really plays much of a role in what parts fit where..... and mid year design changes are always fun too.

 

Yes, those adapters didn't fit either. I was just thankful someone took the time to browse with patience I didn't have. And I'm grateful to find this forum. Hope I can help someone else avoid the same runaround in the future. Thanks.
