Where did you get your replacement PCM from? I have had bad ones right out of the box. (even the same problem that I was trying to fix......)

 

Company called Autoecm out of New Jersey. For now everything is working. I am getting some back feeding of the alternator. Going to look into that today. Maybe wire in a diode or switch where the 12v for the rotor is coming from.
