99 Dodge Ram won’t start without starter fluid

A bad CTS will make the PCM think the engine is warm and will not richen the mixture for a cold start. That's the equivalent of the choke not closing on a carbureted engine. Starting fluid burns easier than gas so it is able to fire until the engine produces a bit of heat in the cylinders.
no it’s been happening before it’s cold it’s been a long journey to get it to this point over 7 months and now it’s almost there and CTS?
