You have a conversion van don't you? This is a standard van modified for either camping, long distance comfortable travel or other similar use. Most of the rotors (you're looking for rotors not drums) are for the front axle as it came from the factory. These have the shallower off set on the spindle. I did find this;

and this

They look like what you're needing. I suspect the conversion company swapped out parts on the front end for heavier duty use. I'm wondering if the front spindles aren't for a dual wheel set up. Contact the vendors to make sure, but both look like the center is much thicker than the B250 parts you were sent.

I don't think those are correct. Or the ones linked by the grouch. It appears to me that your rotors have the hub incorporated into them, so, rebuildable bearings. I can find rotors for the 3600 lb front axle, or the 4000 lb front axle, but, not for the 3100 lb axle. Which strikes me as kinda odd. But, I think you are looking for something more like

Now that you mention it, they do look like a single assembly. I looked on Ebay and they run a bit more there so if the original poster isn't against Amazon, that would be the way to go.

You could look on eBay or Amazon for RAYBESTOS 76920R which is your front rotor, or you can get it from Rockauto which is based in the USA but does ship internationally.

Be sure to post some pictures of your truck so we can see it. We're a bit strange that way.
