Default NO BUS help please

So I tested the 2 bus wires from the appropriate clip that goes to the pcm. And I am only receiving 0.14 volts on both.

My problem now is, where do these 2 wires run to? I need to start tracing back to find loose connections and/or broken wires.

Is it the CTM that I need to find? If so, where is it in this van lol. THANK YOU

Have a look here. Should be able to show you where the bus wires run.

I think it is safe to say, that one is toast.

NEW PROBLEM NOW.

It for sure fixed my cluster gauge problem. It started up just fine.

But I went to try and start it again an hour later and I have a crank no start.
Is this possibly an antitheft thing?
Do I need to reset the computer?
Or maybe a blown fuse?

Anti-theft was an option I do believe, and not all of 'em had it. If yours didn't, but, the 'new' one does, that is likely the problem. So far as I know, once activated, you can't turn off the anti-theft feature in the CTM. Need to get one that doesn't have it.

so CTM's had antitheft built into them??
so does this mean that I won't have to do any computer reset or anything like that if I get a new correct one? It should just start up?

That is a very good question. And I don't have a ready answer. Theoretically, yes, it should work.... No idea if the ctm has to be programmed to the vin, or not.... That would be a question for the dealer.
