2001 Dodge B3500 van mystery battery drain
Mystery battery drain. Battery is NEW. I did parasitic drain check.....attached multimeter in series to battery NEG. .Multimeter reads 0 drain.
Did fuse voltage loss check...all circuits good. NOTHING electrical is on in van. Battery drains to about 7 volts in 3-4 days. WHAT CAUSING THIS?????

Maybe I am wrong but I do not think you tested amp flow correctly using your meter. Do you get a slight arc when you touch the battery cable terminal back onto the battery?
I would try to pull the fuses one at a time, while monitoring the amp flow to isolate the faulty circuit and go from there.

Thanks for your reply. You suggest I set meter at millivolts...yet the uTube you attached clearly shows meter set at AMPS....which I did. Confused !

Do NOT turn the key on while testing. The meter isn't designed for much more than about 10 milliamps...... you'll smoke it right quick.
