Default Steering pulls to the right when initally braking.

97 b3500 van.
steering pulls to the right when initally braking.
No slide pins on my caliper.... (?) Caliper not froze

Could this be a lack of repairing suspension components? Im Pretty sure I'm missing a few components up front, ball joints and sway bars rattle.
not a healthy suspension on it what so ever.
What could cause this?

Bad soft lines can also cause it. Or a bit of air in the system. Or worn brake pads. Etc. Sloppy steering is highly likely to be at least a contributor.

Which caliper is not frozen?
Pulling to the right indicates the right side is working and one of the lefts is not. A hard pull to the right usually means the front caliper is not squeezing as much as the right, while a mild pull usually means the same but for the rears.

FWIW when I had the pad clips on backwards it would pull hard initially and then straighten out as I pressed harder...

just FYI

What do You mean by pad clips? My pads went on correctly and i installed new hardware to keep the caliper in place.
