Nice! Ya know, I always hated vans, growing up. My uncles loved them. I always disliked the concept of the doghouse.
Bought this van a year ago (my first one) and I love it more and more each day.
Wish I had an appreciation for them back when I was younger. I'd probably have a lot more kids than I do now. Haha!

Haha! So, I ordered two mopar PCV's (one for glovebox parts stash) and genuine mopar O2 sensors (upstream and downstream) which were $111 and $127, respectively. Ouch! Honestly, I'm trying to keep myself from ordering an extra set for when these become NLA. I dunno.

Emissions related components seems to have a habit of staying available ......

Aside from fuel trim if they every become NLA they'll also become MIA lol

Confirmed today, with a borescope, that the seal is leaking. Planning to do this task in the next couple days before a 6000 mile roadtrip from Los Angeles to Vermont and back.

OK, I’m going for it! I can’t believe I bought all these parts and forgot to pick up a thermostat, haha! I’m sure I’ll encounter something else I forgot along the way.

Bypass hose from water pump to intake manifold? It's only a couple inches long.

Thank you! It’s there in the pic, but somewhat obscured.

just an FYI, you might want to do an oil change after you're done. Removing the timing cover exposes the front inch or so of the oil pan, and debris always seems to find a way to get in there unless you cover it.

Even if you cover it.....

I drained the oil while I had the timing cover off, and dumped some mineral spirits down there, to clean out some of the accumulated *stuff* in the oil pan......
