Default Tire size options 90 B350

hi,
I am currently running 245-75-16 on my 1990 b350 campervan and wonder what other tire sizes will fit properly. I am
shopping for new tires right now.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You can generally go a size or two larger, without issues/rubbing.... Beyond that, likely gonna have issues. Keep in mind though, that going to larger tires, will throw off the speedometer.... but, that should be easily corrected by changing the speedometer drive gear in the trans.

Default wheel spacers

is it safe to run wheel spacers on these vans? I want to bring the rear wheels out to match the front ones, not sure why this van came from factory this way.

Not a fan of spacers...... Changes the geometry and weight loading on the axles...... which can lead to unpleasant outcomes, especially if you travel heavily loaded..... Wider wheels/tires, with appropriate offset to move 'em out further would be a better plan, albeit, more expensive..... and you end up with different wheels front/rear.....

I was worried about the weight distribution, your reply makes total sense.
Thanks for your help.

To be fair the first video is kind of random, wheels can come off for many reasons. The second video the guy should have used hub centric wheel spacers.

According to the police, the lug nuts sheared off. As you can also see in the video, the tires stick out past the fenders. He had wheel spacers on the vehicle, and they weren't centric. If they were, the lug nuts wouldn't have sheared off and the wheel would not have come off.
