How much horsepower is in a 98 ss/T with SC,headers and fullexhuast? What do you think the 1/4 mile time would be?

 

I'd say 400 FWHP. Maybe mid 14's in the quarter. That's based on 320 RWHP and a 5000# truck.

the truck does bout 15.2-3 on the 1/4 on will only take about 15-20 more hp to break into the 14s

 

Don't forget to reduce your HP by .2-.25 for drivetrain loss. These calculators operate off wheel HP. So a 250 HP engine is reduced to 200 HP at the wheels.
