Performance Chip Worth it
Im looking to put a Performance Chip into my 97' Ram 1500. Im also looking into Ingniton and Distributor. </P>
Is the chip going to help? I have no mods other than K&N filter at the moment.</P>

Performance Chip Worth it
I have a chip for BMW & definately plan on getting an upgrade for my '00 Ram 4x4. I saw some awesome gains with theBMW chip and would expect the same from my truck, just make sure you can run the recommended fuel.</P>
I'd also recommend the MSD 8.5 supercondutor wires... with a high output coil.</P>

Stay away from Jet Chip. I will be getting the Superchip programable unit for my truck (from this site) early next week. I will be contacting the manufacturer to see if the will split the cost of before and after dynos.

Ive also seen some large gains in my BMW's as well. That why i am thinking about it in the Ram. Thanks for the Advice everyone. </P>
