'04 Hemi TMR?? New Here
Greetings all! I just signed up on Dodgeforum, however I've been traveling this site since about November when I bought my truck. I've found this site extremely helpful and would like to participate.
I do have a question to start things off....
What is TMR? I know that its Torque Management Request... but what on EARTH does that mean? What does it do? Is it helpful? Thanks in advance for any help y'all can provide.
Regards
Yawn.

No problem at all... LOL! I did send a PM though... it shows me it went through. Your box is in Control Panel, you'll see My Inbox.
Yes, this is something you can do yourself... If you need more help, I'm usually always here. LOL!!

I cut the wire on my 04 and my transmission was stuck in 2nd or 3rd and would not change up or down...., so i reconnected and everything was normal again........( there are three yellow wires with green stripes on that plug ) one with a dark green stripe, med. green stripe, and light green stripe. i had cut consectuively the dark the reconnected and then the med. and the results were the same....... each time i had the battery disconnected for five minutes..........

no disrespect to anyone here (im a dodge forum junkie) but DTW forums has quite extensive info on this and they are saying that the 04's were changed and the tcm/pcm was made internal and is not accessible since DC found out about this. the 03's are the only ones that can be modified as such........I didnt know if anyone had found any updated info..........but what it does is allows the 03's to shift firmer at WOT and leaving patches and snagging second and all.....sound like fun............unfortunately i have the "boring" 04........hehehehe if any one has any new info.......sure would love to hear it....
