Yah... I don't care where it's made... LOL! Nissan is still foreign.

I'd get a Hemi next... nothing Nissan makes can get me excited... I'm not trying to ruffle your feathers... I just adore Dodge... once you get to know me better, you'll see. LOL!

We'll just have to agree to disagree, but a good argument anyway!</P>

I'm going to be buying a Titan and I just wanted to see if there were any issues that anyone had heard of.</P>

I haven't heard too much on it to be honest... There's been several reviews in Sport Truck... I'm looking at one in the Jan 04 issue... they really enjoyed it. LOL! The last paragraph:

"All in all, it's a very impressive-performing machine that filled with pleasing and desirable mix of style and conveniences. We strongly recommend a test drive of the new Titan before you make your final decision on any other truck."

Sadly, they don't know me, I made my final decision years ago... DODGE for me please!

Anyway, just to make myself feel better about writing about Nissan... Dodge Ram got the Sport Truck Of The Year Award... YAY! LOL!

Nissain't and Toyucca may be built in America, but the profit ends up under the good old rising sun! Another argument that won't float is; they provide jobs for Americans. Not so! If there were no foriegntrucks here, the American workers would have jobs building American trucks!!<IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0">

Well my previous vehicle was a Nissan and the powerplant was a torque monster. Actually, I got into the low 13's with less than $ 500.00 in bolt ons. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. I just read the latest popular mechanics and the Titan did quite well against Dodge, Ford, Chevy, and Toyota. However due to my personal experience, I would not buy the Titan.

Whether it floats your boat or not, only you can tell.</P>

OK first of all this is a DODGE Forum!</P>

2nd they had to supercharge that motor just to produce 300hp (lol foreign trucks) If I supercharge my truck, Goodbye Nissan! I am sporting 320rwhp with only about $700.00 in aftermarket upgrades. If I added a supercharger it would be like 500+rwhp and over 600lbs/ft of torque. I dont think your nissan can handle that kind of compression.</P>

3rd The truck is a product of japan, not mississippi. It's called an assembly line for a reason. If youassemble a remote control car in Iowa its still made in japan.</P>

4th You said you have a 300m...........lmao. that explains why you want the Titan.......you have to continue buying ugly vehicles. The titan looks like a Ram on heroin and the 300m is an intrepid w/ minor changes except the not so minor price-tag increase.</P>

Go play with your ugly car</P>

1. The profits from Toyota and Nissan go to the pockets of the shareholders who are based around the world. Same for the shareholders of GM, Ford, and Daimler (Dodge)etc.</P>

2. Nissan trucks are built in Mississippi, while Dodge has plants in Mexico. (If there were no foreign trucks here, there'd be more truck jobs in Mexico.)</P>

The Nissan is at 305 without a supercharger. Tell me where you read that it has a supercharger? They said one can fit on it nicely, but it does not come supercharged.</P>

Dodge parts are made in Mexico. What does that say about your argument?</P>

If not for the free trade agreement the Dodge would not be built in MX and the Nissan would still be a small curiosity! Instead it is a big ugly chunk of plastic! </P>

By the way the majority shareholders are Japanese!!</P><edited><editID>Randy_W</editID><editDate>38001.727662037</editDate></edited>
