dd564 you are fighting a losing arument in a Dodge forum which mean s this is for Dodge lovers. The Titan is ugly. However,it does have more towing power than the Hemi. Next, it is all cab with hardly nobed body at all.It does have alot of positives about it.However, no matter how good it is, I just cannot own an ugly truck (I did think about buyingone but found no need to test drive it whenI saw the looks and no room to haul in the back) !I wish you the best with the Titan! <edited><editID>HEMIFIED</editID><editDate>38001.848599537</editDate></edited>

the nissan titan is a kinda cool looking truck i guess, it caught my
eye, but maybe only cause it was different. i am not biased
either, i shopped around only one month ago after owning ford for 7
years, looked at nissan, chevy, gmc, dodge, and after all was said and
done i picked dodge. glad i did. if it wants to haul a little
more weight than my ram, thats cool, i doubt ill ever have to haul to
the full potential of my truck anyways because the bottom line is when
i see a goddamn titan, i am gonna spit a ton of rubber in its grille.
screw it, ill do it to a ford too.

I think it was poorly thought out and not in our best interest, and I am against anything that moves our manufacturing jobs offshore. You should know now, that the weekend is coming up, I'll have more time,so if you want to match wits, have at it, I can hold my own! <IMG src=smileys/smiley2.gif border="0"></P><edited><editID>Randy_W</editID><editDate>38002.3156018518</editDate></edited>

I think we need to free trade dd564 to Caracas, Venezuela where the internet sucks so bad he will only have time to annoy nissan forums. Then he couldleave the patriotic Dodge owners alone. </P>

p.s. if you dont even own a titan then you are the biggest most annoyingPOSER I've ever come across.</P>

After owning a Nissan vehicle (2002 Maxima -- traded in for my '04Ram) I would never buy another Nissan in my life!!! The Titan does have some very promising numbers but from whatI experienced in the past with Nissan's quality I would rather have a vehicle withlesser numbers and better quality. I spent 30k on my Maxima and it was the biggest piece of crap --stitching coming out of the leather, carpet not staying down, leaking sunroof, sunroof stuck open on two different occasions, car would not crank at all a handful of times. I don't care if the Titan had 500 hp and endless torque, I still would not consider it. I am not "pro" dodge but I do love my truck as well as my brother's '04 F150which also has great quality. As I was shopping for trucks, the Titan wasno where on the list of prospects. My list was in this order: Dodge,Ford, GMC, Chevy, Toyota.Let's see how many Titans are sitting on the used car lots by the end of the year...</P>

I hope you have better luck with your Nissaint than I had with mine...</P>

Well when Nissan intorduced the Titan, they said it would compete at the 3/4 Ton level. Good thing they didn't. HEMI is faster (reg. cab/2X4). Bigger trucks aren't meant to be fast anyway. They want to talk towing....try it against the Heavy Duties of Ford, GM, and Dodge. The Titan has 305HP and 379TQ. The Ford Diesel has 325HP and 560TQ. The Cummins Diesel has 305HPand 555TQ. I'm not sure about GM's. I know it's more than the Titan. So even if it can haul more than any 1/2 Ton truck, most people who by 1/2 Ton trucks aren't big time heavy haulers.

I don't mind the Titan as much as the Tundra. I hate the Tundra so much! "It's a 7/8 full-size"! What the hell? It isn't full-size if it 7/8 the size of a full size pickup! I sat in a few them, and I feel like I am in a Dakota. Every Toyota owner hates my guts on http://www.pickuptruck.com, because I diss that truck so much!</P>

I can't wait to see another Titan again. Man if I have the Silverado I want to race that truck. If I can give a HEMI a decent run, and this Nissan is supposely a bit quicker, I want to see just how quick it is! lol.</P>

Same here, got rid of an 02 Max for my Ram. Nissan North America sucks and they are gutless, spineless, and weak.<IMG src=smileys/smiley7.gif border="0"></P>
