Or would long headers be better? Also, where are the O2 sensors located on a 93 ES? There shouldn't be one on the cat because it's older than a 96 correct?

the long headers would get you engine bay to look cleaner too so it's your choice
i'm not sure where the o2 sensor is but i don't think it's in the cat.
