I ordered a door from Stealth/3000GT Salvage, and was wondering if anyone here has bought from him, -Kevin Williams-, I send money order the middle of august and about the beginning of september he said he received the money order and would send the door by the end of the week. its been a couple weeks since then and i have no reply from him.. Have any of you ordered from him??... does it usually take a while for him to ship.. should i be worried. I saw a post on here about somebody saying they ordered from stealth/3000GT salvage so i thought it would be safe.....

I ordered a front bumper and some lights from him i got the lights in a couple weeks and the bumper took absolutely FOREVER to get here but it did come and was not a rip off. When i would call him he would make some excuses why it takes so long like weather he was making box etc. however the bumper did not come in a box it was just all wrapped in plastic and cardboard. So just expect it to take a while but it should come in the described condition

Okay, what door do you need and where do you live.
I found a place in Dallas that I went to and confirmed the prices (Al's Atomic Auto Parts) and they are 45 bucks for the door, and 28 for the window. If you live in or near dallas and you need a drivers side door, I recommend it, but becareful, that price requires you going out there and pulling it yourself (literally). They have 3 Stealths (1 was a 3kgt SL) on the far side of the yard all the way back (1 Blue, 1 Red, and 1 purple/burgundy) and it's about 200 yards. If you go there, I strongly recommend renting a wheel barrow for a dollar (I carried my door 120 yards before I couldn't carry it any more). Also, I recommend you bring someone with you while doing it, runs you less risk of damaging the door.
