if he has bolt ons, the engine isnt stock either.

 

stock phase 3 camaros could run 11 seconds stock in 1969
so hopefully 2002 camaros should run 11 seconds with reworked computer.

 

And not to offend anybody, but what moron said no that a neon can beat a stealth... 1st gen neons didnt even have the srt4 is I can remember right.

 

Stealths like their 3000gt siblings had 3 engine offerings.
160hp SOHC
220hp DOHC
320hp DOHC-TT

so a 1g neon with a dohc would have avery goodshot at beating a sohc stealth and only loose to the others thats if the stealh is not over weight and the srt4 is a car so i would hope that a 1g would not have one nowthey could have an srt4 engine if some one swaped one in

 

going stock against stock, top model first gen neon have a shot at base model stealth, but have no chance against es, rt or rt/tt
if looking at 3000gt, they didn't put SOHC engines in their base cars until 1996 or 1998.

 

the SOHC has 164hp with 185tq, no way a 1st gen neon would beat them, I raced my sisters 2nd gen neon and she didnt stand a chance. the neon is just not a power car at all unless you get the srt4.

it doesnt take much work to put an 02 into the 11s..but they just Wont do it stock.

 

if you wanna get technical then the srt4 isnt a neon anyways.....so.....

it seems to me that the r/t TT's power rating is a little odd.......6cyl. TT only gets 300 hp......but you can get a 4cyl. single turbo, say an sti, thathas 300 hp????
seemslite the stealth TT has a big motor, but not as much poweras i would of figured it would

 

300 in 91...what else had that much power 16 years ago. Don't forget, Stealth's have been out of production for 11 years.
