Default Misfire of the 4th cylinder

I have a 2006 Dodge Stratus, 2.4L DOHC. My check engine light came on, I had the code read & it was "P3104" which is a 4th cylinder misfire. I've already replaced the plugs & wires, and the coil pack. And it's still misfiring, I had the code cleared when I replaced everything, it ran okay for about a day & it started misfiring again. Does anyone have any ideas as to what it could be and how to fix this? Thank you!

Welcome to DF
Remove all the spark plugs and perform a compression test and post.

Is this common? I have a 2003 Stratus with the 2.4L DOHC engine... P0304 (4th cylinder misfire).

Mine are all at 150 except #4... which is at about 80. (The engine is warm but not at operating temp.)

So... what did you do... fix it or scrap it?

After I did a wet test... the pressure went up, so it's the cylinder... not the valves.

Thanks
