Wow, I'm away for a week or so and this place slows down like this? lol Jay, you need to keep looking at the cb extreme. You can get it online all day for around 50 or 60 bucks shipped to you. You've heard 'em on a 4.7 and it sounds awesome.

workin the '08 intake manifold swap. I tell you it was a bigger pain in the *** then i thought it would be. got the new manifold in and workin on getting everything buttoned up. ran out of time so i will have to pick up tomorrow morning after my PT test. I'll do a write up to bad i forgot to take pics.

That sucks man, sometime down the road I would like to do the Sullivan intake. Right now I'm waiting on KRC 224 cams, I already have my beehive high load valve springs. They can't get here fast enough, lol.

 

those dumped exhausts should have been cut kinda slanted so more went at the ground than on the truck but hey w/e your driving most of the time when the fumes are pushing out right.....

 

I got a few bucks coming up here REAL shortly. After I pay Pyro for the light bar, I'll have some goodies goin' on the 'ol girl. I can't wait!!!!!!!!

 

still working on the intake swap, been up for 28 hours straight with workin on the truck work pt tests stupid commander meetings and more working on the truck. got it drivable so i'm not getting charged for the stupid bay anymore when i leave it there overnight. the intake won't seal down to the heads i keep getting vacuum leaks along the sides. also i ****ed up the fuel feeder connector so i got to replace that its not leaking but it makes me nervous. guess a Cold air intake is on the way the stock airbox doesn't work with the new manifold. and i have to go buy some plugs for the extremely large vacuum ports on the intake that i don't need.
