fox box has been installed...with some 12" comps for a while i have a whirrrrring noise and after i figure that out and fix it i will continue my search for better woofers...prolly the alpine type-r as i keep going back to them after looking....

what kind of whirring noise? I used to have that a long time ago when I had a box in a previous vehicle. I went to radio shack and bought a noise filter that go on the rca cables. For some reason it was picking up the engine noise outta nowhere. Didn't do it before, then all of the sudden one day, there it was. Bought that, no noise period. Cleared it up very nicely.

its definatley not coming from the stereo i been installing since i was 14 and back then yes i had nasty noise from running rca's next to the powerwire along the floor boards, years ago i learned that and corrected it...but this is a def from the rear axle....kinda scares me but it needs fixed w/e it is....im still looking for a good shop to tell me and not try to upsale me cause ive already located the parts if it comes to that....

well i need to replace all my bearings and gears in my truck so 4.56 gears here i come....i also got my mini light bar from kc today i will get around to wiring it up soon but it will be a pc that is easily taken off and put back on as i dont want it on my hitch all the time....
