Default Pedal Pulsation

Hi all, I have a 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 QC Auto, 5.9,360 w/77k miles. When I'm driving between 40mph and 50mph and then apply the brakes it does a weird Vibration/seen in the side view mirror the truck bed bouncing and even in the cab feels it, also can feel it in the pedal the pulsation. but really noticable on a down hill. when relased not able to feel it .I'm not sure if its coming from underneath the truck. vibration/bounce does peak at 40 and starts goes away at lower speeds and if its still there its not noticable. I did have a "tread" seperation blowout but tire was still inflated on my right rear, and it seems like every since its been doing this , Now I thought it was my brakessince its only when I apply them and it can be felt only when applied,so I replace them not once but twice.. 1st time 07/17/06 new rotors and pads then on 04/30/07 to find myself feeling this pulsation/vibration in the pedalagain so I replaced again, turned the rotors and replce the pads, NOw its 11/03/07 and still beenfeelingit the last 2 monthsprob since sept.so I replace the back brakes turned drums to notice they seem appear to be in very good wear after 4 yrs or so..but still feel this after replacing them. What other problem could this be causing this.If by chance it is the front brake pads..Is it the(quality) ???Experiences? If I take it in I'm almost sure they'll just give me the typical "We didn't seem to find anythingwrong??". or " We looked underneath, and everything seems to look fine and have to give them 100.00 for looking. Or they'll say its my rotors or pads are bad, But whenI put new rotors on and new brakes pulsating came back within 8-9 months , Now I have done brake jobs for many yrs and havnt had this type of reoccuringprob.I raised the rear wheels to how they would respond and rev'd rpm's up to 50pmh then applied the brake and seemed to be fine..HMMM.. does it really have something to do with those fronts?>?and why are they pulsating after a short period of time. I am planning on upgrading to a better quality pad but not turning the rotorsto see if it works..Any other ideas??

need to check all the other parts too.. could be a ball joint.. tie rod ends.. check it all.. raise front end up put it on stands.. and move the tire in and out to check your hubs.. and pull it from top then bottom and side to side.. to check ball joints and tie rod ends.. sounds to me like if you have done all that.. this could be the culprit.. also quality will affect it all.. get crap parts.. ya get crap performance

also if you over tighten the lugs it will casue awarping of the rotor Dodge is very specific in torquing the lugs and also I have heard that if using ceramic pads they cause issues over time.....Just my 2 cents.........

Definately TORQUE wrench only on those rims ... A heavy handed tire rotation ruined my rotors ...

Brakes are ten times more likely .... Especially with pedal pulsation ...

is pedal pulse caused by truck shaking or actualy worse than truck shaking. if replacing brakes cured it once it sounds like brakes. are you buying cheapie rotors(autozone or other cheap sourse)
