2005 6 cylinder quad cab
Iwas wondering if anyone had a 2005 quad cab with a 6 cylinder? I was wondering what kind of actual gas mileagedo you get and how much power does it have? enough to pull a 2-4 horse trailer?
I don't know whether your talking about a Ram or Dakota. But you might want to try posting things like this in one of the truck forums.

In either case, no.
I have an 04.5 QC with a 6 cyl
5.9L turbo diesel that is. just under 18 empty. havent towed much so couldnt tell you the towing mileage since it depends on how much weight you pull

besides, two horses = 3000 pounds (I think) trailer for horses, depending on which one you get would be abother 3000 or so pounds. so your talking 6000 before you add anything extra. I'm unsure of the payload of the SC 3.7. I'm sure it could pull it.
Horses and trailer are a BUTTLOAD of weight. I wouldn't want to put a "little" 3.7L through that even if it was rated to do it.
