Default i NEED some help.

okay so i didnt know where to post this message, so i figured in here would be okay , my dad is painting my car but first he has to remove the silver decal on the bottom any suggestions on how he should?

haha in my dreams.. lol nah u if its just a normal sticker you can use "goo gone" which removes stuff that has sticky stuff on it. works real good

but its not a sticker, its a decal ..and we have tried everything possible.

Just pull it off, sand it, whatever. You are gonna have to replace it anyways.

I have heard of people using tooth floss when debadging.

If you get it started you can use the citrus based Goo Off that Alex & Julio Gallo suggested.

If its a decal use a heat gun or a hair dryer to heat the clue behind it should make it easier to remove. Other then that if you painting any way use a sander to remove it and just re-prime the erea.
