with both left and right bank running rich then you have something common to both sides causing the problem. Fuel pressure to high, MAP sensor bad, coolant temp sensor reading incorrectly to name a few things. I can't help much more without seeing the truck and running some tests.Might have to bite the bullet and take to dealer. Not too many people know how to work with Electronic Throttle Control. My last training class was on ETC. Good luck man. The dodge cummins diesel is a work horse also. let me know what you find out im curious

the hemi has had issues with broken valve springs, but i think you would have a harder miss with a broken spring. and to have codes for both left and right banks then i think you would have to have broken springs on both sides. I could be wrong.

do you have an air compressor? I think you can rent a valve spring tool from autozone. if you have an air compressor i can tell you what to do easily.
