I had a buddy here at work who had the same thing for this Crossfire (since they had a terrible sales record)...

The dealership wanted to buy his 05(?), so they could sell him a newer one... which would empty their lot of "new" inventory...

I didn't get a call, but I did recieve a post card from the local dealership stating that they would give me %80 of the retail value if I was to trade my SRT-4 in on a new vehicle. I wish they would of called, because then i could of told them to shove it!

I've gotten at least 3 or 4 letters from my dealer saying they "needed" my car........it's just a trick to set youup for a newer (and more expensive) vehicle......just ignore them.

lol, no, unfortunately they were saying they would value my trade-in at %80 of the original retail value, which is more than most dealerships would do, but still not worth it...

I've owned my SRT-4 for 18 months and I'm about to break a personal reord for the longest time owning any new car. I haven't even considered trading this car out and I plan on sticking with this one until it's paid for. Prior to this I owned a 96 Stratus, a 98 Intrepid, a 2000 Intrepid RT, a 2002 Neon ACR and a 2004 Dakota 4WD. I think the 2000 Intrepid RT was the one I owned the longest at almost 2 years and 9,000 miles, it was the biggest piece of **** out of the group.

I'm at 11 cars in 10 years... it's a joke with my friends - to see how long I can keep a car... ha-ha... any takers on how long I keep my Ranger??? hehehe

Personal Best = SRT (April 03 till now) - I don't count my 66 Nova since it's in pieces... *sigh*
Personal Worst = Tempo (Dec. 03 - Dec. 03) - I never drove the thing since it was given to me, I just off'd it... dumb thing still runs!!! hahaha
