Default Spring change-out VS Coil-over install.

I am trying to decide if it would be better just to change out the springs or pay the big bucks for the coil-over install (Mopar Stage 2 or 3). I do not plan on doing any kind of track racing, so I am thinking that the coil-overs would be a bit overkill. My main intent is to lower the car some and to improve the handling. I know that I will sacrifice adjustibility by not going with the coil-overs, but if I can get a set of springs with a decent rate (not too stiff - not too soft), that would suit me just fine.
This may be a "loaded" question but what would be a good set of springs to put on this car, that would lower it about 1.5 inches and would improve the handling?

I have the stage 2 and wish I bought the stage 3. If that's all you want than most springs will do.

stage 1 is the springs, stage 2 is coilovers w/ height (damping) adj, stage 3 is coilovers w/ height (damping) and rebound adj.

just installed my Teins this weekend. Pretty good. Car bounces a lot more. Can feel more bumps in the road. But not bad overall. Handling is a bit better. It will be lots better with some 5-way adjustable struts which will be a future item.

I got the S-Techs. Got them for $125. Should have went with the H's since they are more stiff, but I can get use to it.

yeah, i'm pretty impressed w/ the htechs. i had eibachs on for a little while, but i didn't really like them- i had them on my neon, and they were awesome, but quite a few people don't like them on the srt.
